Alerts that get through
Urgent lows and highs, a pump running low or going offline: caregivers are notified, and critical alarms can break through Do Not Disturb.

Who is Panko for?
Parents, partners and carers of someone who uses the Panko pump with a glucose sensor. The person with diabetes can follow their own data too.
Does Panko replace medical care?
No. Panko is a monitoring and remote-management tool. It does not give medical advice. Always follow your doctor's guidance and check the pump and sensor yourself when something looks wrong. Read the safety information before you start.
What do I need to use it?
A Panko pump with a compatible glucose sensor and the Panko app on an Android phone. The website shows the same data in any browser.
Can several people follow the same person?
Yes. The owner can invite others and choose whether each can only view or can also control the pump.
Where is my data kept and who can see it?
In an EU database, visible only to the people the owner has linked. Panko staff can open it only to give support or fix a problem, and every access is logged. Details are in the privacy policy.
